An artist whose work includes projects involving the creation of imaginary devices that appear in manga, films and animation, Hachiya Kazuhiko is also known as the producer of the email application PostPet. In Mega Nikki released in 1995, he presented an online collection of diaries written by a large number of individuals, which is now considered the forerunner of the blog where people share their opinions in a public forum. It was with Seeing is Believing, his work based on the novella, The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupéry where he was able to show this through the use of special devices. He plans for this exhibition to be the updated version, where he uses text taken from the web service, Twitter.
